I am a concierge life coach and entrepreneur. What does that mean...A Life Coach is an investment into YOURSELF and the concierge part...well I come to you. I have found that people speak more freely when they are in an environment where they feel safe....Their home or office.
For the past 28 year I have studied HOW and WHY we make decisions. Through my own journey into understanding my thought process and choices I learned WHY I was making certain choices and how to change them.
Sometimes the bravest thing we can do is to ask for help.
I have had the privilege of building 7 companies over my life, all in different marketplaces (EOY 2000). From wedding planning, to technology, to creating the largest digital magazine in the Coachella Valley, to producing Comic Con Palms Springs and more.
Not all the above has been easy, in fact through out most of it there were many days I woke up in a panic, gripped with anxiety and fear. As a single women trying to figure out life after a divorce, how to build a retirement, how to LIVE and not just exist.....blah blah blah....IT'S HARD! Life is Hard and Messy!! The greatest gift I gave to myself was accepting that fact...life is hard and messy and in that...life is beautiful.
It's ok to fall apart, it's ok to be scared, it's ok to need help, it's ok to be messy. What is not ok is staying in those places. Progress in life, even if it's baby steps...but stepping forward is a MUST!

Meachele took my call when I was in a desperate and dark situation. I was a slave to my alcohol addiction, I was losing my marriage after my addiction turned me violent, my health was not in a good place and I was depressed and suicidal.
